About Cotswold Complementary Therapies
About
Cotswold Complementary Therapies was set up by Zofia in 2011 after graduating with a Bsc (Hons) in Complementary Therapies from the Metropolitan University, Cardiff.
Zofia has worked in a range of settings from peoples homes, luxury establishments and special schools. She has taught massage to staff members in special schools and is currently in the process of setting up her own massage training School.
Specialist areas
Through her degree and since graduating in 2011, Zofia has specialised in chronic pain conditions such as Fibromyalgia, Cancer and treating children and young adults with a range of physical disabilities in special schools in Gloucestershire and Wales.
She has used her degree to teach staff in special schools on how to use massage and aromatherapy oils safely with the children, depending on their condition(s).

All treatments at Cotswold Complementary Therapies are in the comfort of your own home/ establishment.
If you are booking this treatment to have at a location you are visiting then please get the owners consent for me to perform the treatment onsite.
All first treatments will require a free 15 minute consultation (this is outside of booked treatment time so please be mindful of this when booking).

Prices
All prices are within a 5 mile radius of Dursley, Gloucestershire. Travel cost of 50p per mile thereafter will be added to your treatment cost. Please enquire for quote. All bookings require a 50% deposit. See Policy below.
All treatments are priced per treatment, per client. Group bookings are welcomed but treatments can not be split between clients.

Full payment is required on booking and this will be posted to you by first class post. If you are local to Dursley, Gloucestershire, this can be delivered to you. Please enquire for details.
Policy
Deposits
New customers are to pay a 50% deposit on booking. The remainder of the cost of treatment will be paid at your appointment. This will be either cash, bank transfer or via card machine.
Cancelations
If less than 48 hours notice has been given then deposits will not be refunded.
More than 48 hours needs to be given if you are to reschedule your appointment.
You will not be allowed to reschedule more than once. Deposits will be kept if this were to happen.
Christmas
During the Christmas holidays all bookings will require a non-refundable 50% deposit to secure your booking, with the remainder paid at the time of your booking. This is due to Christmas being one of the busiest times of the year.
Consultations
All initial treatments require a 15 minute free consultation where you are to provide your medical details. If you do not wish to share these then I will be unable to treat you. If you have any profound health problems please can you state these when booking as some conditions are not allowed to receive treatment, for example, stroke victims. If you are unsure of this please enquire with me.
All information provided is kept confidential.
Space provided
Please ensure when booking that a suitable room is provided for me to conduct your treatment, where you feel comfortable and there is sufficient space. I have various equipment which is rather heavy so ground floor rooms are preferable.
Behaviour
Any inappropriate behaviour before, after or during your treatment will terminate the treatment there and then, with full payment required and a ban on further bookings with Cotswold Complementary Therapies.
Booking sufficient time
When you book treatments with Cotswold Complementary Therapies, I ask that you do not minimise your bookings when I arrive as I set sufficient time to get all my clients into the day, this also means I loose income.
If you are likely to want more treatments than stated in your initial booking then please let me know this in advance, not when I arrive as I need to make sure I have enough stock with me to provide the best treatment possible to all my clients.
